how do i enable notifications?

go to Settings > Notifications > nudge and make sure notifications are enabled.


how do i restore my purchase?

open nudge, go to the paywall screen, and tap "restore purchase". make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.


why am i not getting nudges?

check that location permissions are set to "always" and notifications are enabled. nudge also respects your quiet hours and focus modes.


does nudge work without apple watch?

yes. nudge sends notifications to your phone. apple watch just makes the experience better with a gentle tap on your wrist.


is my data safe?

your data never leaves your device. we have no servers, no accounts, and no way to access your information. see our privacy policy for details.
